Ok, for those of you who are (unfortunately) forced to eat anything resembling fast food beware. I was minding my own business jauntily wandering around in search of carpet to tile reducing threshold (to keep the carpet that I just put down from being ripped to shreds by the passing of my moving day helper's feet) when I was struck by a sudden and undeniable hunger. Upon checking the dusty and barren cave that is my wallet I decided to shed all pride and take a chance upon the food of questionable origin at one of the local McDonalds. Please don't judge me, for I was lost in the woe-begotten maze of commercialism that is "Down Town". So, between the gas stations and Hobby Lobbies and my final destination of Home Depot, I made a stop. After a long five-minute wait to place my order (drive through) and subsequent ten minutes to have said order filled, I received my ten piece chicken nugget and bottled water, which I took to the parking lot of Home Depot to consume. After the first couple of nuggets I happened upon a nugget that did not seem to be quite right. Upon further investigation I discovered that not only was it not right... it was RAW. Completely, disgustingly, sickeningly raw. With emotions rapidly swinging between anger and disgust (with a strong sprinkling of nausea) I called the corporate office of McDonalds. Their response was less than satisfactory, all I managed to obtain from the robotic sounding customer service rep was "I'm really sorry for that sir, I'll make sure that the franchise owner is aware of it" and the managers response (at the McDonalds) was even less adequate. She didn't even apologize or offer any form of reimbursement at all and in fact stated that I could sue McDonalds all I wanted as it wasn't her money on the line. So, in closing, I will not be consuming anything from McDonalds for a very long time. Blegh!

Well it seems that I might just have something to do while at work. My boss just informed me that I am allowed to use the internet if I so desire and LJ is what I thought of first. After reading some posts and reviewing my last post I have decided that I need to post more often, so here goes.

It is the fourth day of May in the year two thousand and five at thirteen hundred hours Eastern Standard Time and I am sitting behind this counter bored out of my mind. I've seen no one save the postal Delivery person and am slowly going stir crazy. This is my third day at work for this new company and im beginning to wonder how they can afford to pay me with business so slow. -After a short break- Wow, my first customer of the day just left without spending a dime, this sucks. Well I have just decided that now would be a good time to go to lunch. Farewell all. Ill talk to you later

Well, I can definatly say it has been nearly forever since ive posted to this lonely lj. However, better late than never. You could say that its been a crazy year or so. Too busy to get online, life getting in the way of dreams, and regrets getting in the way of life. time passes us by even if we stand still. the world will never stop moving, no matter how much we want it to sometimes. all one can do is take what we can get and be glad of what we have. I would like to say "hey" to those of you who still know who I am, and as always, i will try to get online more often, perhaps to renew those relationships that have been cast to the wayside.

Wow, its been forever since I logged. Hrm, to sum up my life since the last post, ive lost some, and gained some. screwed up some, didnt do half bad some. found a new adiction, or two *winks*. lost a job, gained a job. found out that this stupid state wont loan me enough money for books, much less tutition. hrm.. thats about all.. there are some of you out there who know more.. but your the only ones.. yeah.. i guess thats about it.. i dont expect a comment. cause most of you think ive dropped of the face of the earth. but i you happen to drop by. id like to see you. *waves to everyone* see ya later
